Okeanus Deck & Skid Mounted A-Frames

Okeanus A-Frames and Launch and Recovery Systems (LARS) are designed to support successful launch and recovery for a range of oceanographic loads. They can be provided with a skid for a single pick for easy mobilization or with supports that allow the system to be mounted directly to the deck reducing the weight and disassembled for easier transport.

Deck Mounted:

Our A-Frames are designed to perform a broad range of safe and controlled load handling and lifting operations. They are designed with the ability to unbolt into three sections makes for easy mobilization, demobilization, and transportation on the road or overseas. These A-Frames generally bolt or weld directly to the vessel deck.

Skid Mounted:

Okeanus offers a series of skid mounted A-Frames for easier mobilization and transport. These A-Frames are mounted to a skid which can be picked by crane or forklift and require no assembly during mobilization. Simply secure to the deck and connect power.
