Okeanus All-Hydraulic Stackable Winches

The Stackable Winch, model SW3-07-018012-EHLW, is an Okeanus standard winch, designed to withstand the extremes of shipboard ocean operating conditions. It is constructed primarily of Aluminum 6061-T6 and has a high-quality, multi-coat marine grade finish. It’s simple and low-maintenance design and proven components ensure reliable operation and long working life. The “stackable” feature of this winch saves deck space for smaller research or survey vessels and allows multiple winches to mount atop one another.

Applications
The Okeanus Stackable Winch is designed for a wide variety of oceanographic equipment and instrumentation including towed side-scan and magnetometer systems, well logging services, water samplers, CTDs, and small to large towed bodies.
